Having gathered our extensive event planning and management experience over time from London to Ibiza since 1996, we have the best network of contacts and on-island knowledge at our fingertips, so you can rest assured that every detail of your event equipment would be properly taken care of.

HOW OUR RENTAL SERVICE WORKS

 

We can help you to realise the “look” of your event or wedding by providing the perfect rental items to suit your vision. Once we have the location of your event, we will send you a customised quote with delivery and collection (to one spot with your specified representative at your location) included.

If you prefer, you can organise your own collection and return, at no added cost from our warehouse in Santa Eulalia. We also offer a set-up service, where we can assist you in the placement of all your rented items in the event areas of your chosen venue with floor plans of the event.

We can provide the basic event requirements from table to chair hire, to behind the scenes, industrial catering equipment to elegant event decor and props.

Having spent so many years dealing with event demands of every type, we really have thought of everything, and for anything more, we have the contacts and accessibility to make just about anything possible.

Covid 19 has caused the postponement of many events, which is an event of Force Majeure. This is very frustrating for all but we will work with all of our clients to rearrange events. We will honour our contracts for all events and will apply any deposits paid against a rearranged date. Should clients cancel their events then unfortunately deposits will be forfeit in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
